Pre-Order or Made To Order Policy ♡

Some Velvet Bloom pieces are available for pre-order or made to order, which allows us to offer special styles without keeping large quantities of inventory on hand.

Processing Time
Pre-order and made-to-order items typically require approximately 7-10 business days before shipping, unless a different timeframe is listed in the product description.

Please remember that processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

Orders With Multiple Items
If your order contains both ready-to-ship and pre-order items, your entire order may ship together once all items are ready.

Updates & Delays
While we do our best to stay within the estimated timeframe, occasional supplier or production delays may occur. If there is a significant delay with your order, we’ll contact you with an update.

Final Sale
Because made-to-order items are purchased or created specifically to fulfill your order, they are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
